Umar Kadafur of Borno has described himself as Nigeria’s strongest deputy governor.
Mr Kadafur counseled Governor Babagana Zulum for permitting him and others to serve in his cupboard, stating the governor gave him the chance to be essentially the most highly effective deputy governor in Nigeria.
In keeping with the Borno deputy governor, Mr Zulum allowed him to take part in lots of events attended by governors, enabling him to realize extra expertise in management.
In the meantime, Mr Zulum has dissolved the state government council and directed outgoing commissioners to checklist their achievements of their handover notes.
The governor, who introduced the dissolution shortly after a valedictory session on Thursday in Maiduguri, requested the commissioners handy over to the everlasting secretaries of their ministries, citing their challenges, initiatives accomplished and uncompleted within the notes.
The Borno governor lauded them for his or her contribution to the success of his administration and wished them the perfect of their future endeavours.
Mr Zulum can be sworn in on Monday for a second time period.
